Last Friday, I went to the district science fair. It was at Word of Life school. This year was the first year that they had a science fair, and they were hosting the districe. The people from their school were very unprepared. Some people didn't even have thier papers. I did like my panel of judges. One of them was an engineer, another, an IT manager (or something like that), and the last was my computer teacher. I think that they liked my project mostly. When the results of the science fair were announced, the situation could be described with three words: unorganized, impersonal, and unprepared. They didn't write the names on the ribbon, you just went up and told what color ribbon you got, and they just gave it to you without question. They read the names off so fast that you could barely understand them. They didn't even have all of the results in when they announced them. I did get a superior blue ribbon.
