My science project was on how computers could actually do useful operations with silicon and metal. I built a two bit adder out of transistors, diodes, and resistors. It is very tedious, as I have had to fix it every time I demonstrated it. If I had used pre-made gates, I could have done an adder and subtracter using the same circuit. It is late, and I have to go to bed now.
