I just logged into my Yahoo account, and I saw that they upgraded all of the accounts from 4MB to 100MB. They claim that it has nothing to do with Google offering 1000MB. It is pretty nice. My mailbox probably won't get full for a long time since I don't get much mail, and since junk mail doesn't count toward the limit.
