Haven't had much time to write lately...

I got a new computer. It wasn't the $2000 beast that I was originally going to get, but it is pretty decent. It cost $500. Here are the specs if you're interested.

• AMD Athlon 64 3700+ @ 2.4GHz (overclocked to 2.54GHz)
• 512 MB DDR 400 RAM
• ASUS K8V SE Deluxe motherboard
• ATI Sapphire Raedon 9250 with 128 MB memory
• 74 GB SATA hard drive (it was advertised as 80 GB)
• DVD-ROM/CD-RW combo drive

I also have been messing around with gamma. My monitor is not very good, but by using AGC, I have greatly improved display on my monitor. It did kink of look washed-out at first. Half-life 2 looks much better than before when it was very dark.
